How To Turn Your Favorite Photos Into Wearable Jewelry by Bling Sity

Do you have a particular photo that every time you see it, it brings back
pleasant memories or stirs emotions? Would you like a way to carry this feeling
with you without always having to flip through your photo albums. If you are
like most people then the answer is an obvious YES! You should find this
information useful.

What are custom photo dog tags?

Custom photo dog tags is the process of taking your cherished photos from events
like birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, vacation trips or in memory of loved
ones that have passed away and getting them put on a dog tag to be used as a
charm or keychain.

How do I get started?

The first step is to decide which picture(s) from your photo album that you want
done. Try to choose a picture that is in good condition and is not faded or
damaged. Remember the better the quality of the photo the better your charm will
look. If you must use a vintage photo then see if you can find places that can
do photo restoration. Your particular seller may also provide this service.

After you choose the photo you want want to use then you will need to decide
what particular style of pendant you would like. It could be a dog tag, heart
shaped pendant, oval shaped, etc. When you have decided on your style you will
next need to choose the tone and type you prefer ie. silver, gold, aluminum,
copper, brass, etc.

When you have found the piece that is right for your needs you are 90% done. All
you need to do after purchasing is to get your photo to the seller.

What is the best way to send my photo(s)?

TIP# 1:

It is best to keep them in digital format. Emailing the photos is the best for
you and the seller. Emailing the photo is best for you because you do not have
to chance losing it in the mail or it getting damaged. Emailing the photo to the
seller is better also because they and you do not have to worry about resolution
loss due to scanning the photo.

*If you do not have the photo on your computer you can always go to Walgreens
or any 1 hour photo center and most of them can scan your photo to cd and then
you can upload it to your email to the seller.

TIP# 2:

The size of the image is also important if you want the best clarity on your
personalized dog tag or other jewelry. Bigger is Better on this occasion.

TIP# 3:

Just open your email client and choose add attachment or file, then attach your
photo to the email to your seller and click send and you are done.

TIP# 4:

You can always email the seller to make sure they got your photo and it is
usable but if you followed the above steps you should not have any problems.

Finding the right seller...

There are a few considerations to take note of when dealing with the seller.
Look at their feedback and see what customers have to say about the product or
service. Check to see if they deliver in a timely fashion. Also see if the
seller would be willing to send you a proof of how your dog tag/charm will look
via email.

After you have followed all these steps just sit back and wait for you new
customized jewelry to arrive at your door.
